Bagel Land is your best ROC bagel option, and it's really good. But to all the people, "BagEls aiNt aS goOD aS in nEW yOrK!?" up yours. We live close to NY, we've all been there, you're not special, you don't know some secret the rest of us don't. "bUt tHeY dOnT hAVe LOx!!!11!1!" There's a whole big world out there, not everyone is striving to replicate just one thing.
Best bagels in Rochester. Small shop but the line moves quickly. Occasionally we get an everything that's a little too burned but they are still great.
I'm so glad our friend recommended this place to us because we're now obsessed! Last week I came in to order the bagel dog with cheese, however they didn't have any so they recommended that I try the bacon scallion cream cheese and I'm so glad I did! I love having it on a sesame bagel. It's so flavorful and the bagels remind me of bagels on Long Island. Despite the line being long, the service is quick so you don't have to wait for long. It's a small shop but they're very efficient. I kept getting sick from Philadelphia cream cheese despite taking Lactaid pills, due to my severe lactose-intolerance. However, I didn't get sick from Bagel Land's cream cheese after taking Lactaid pills. This is the first cream cheese I can enjoy again without fear of my lactose-intolerance getting the better of me. The bagels are so good that I always forget to take a photo haha. We love coming here!
Great bagels, still reasonably priced ($0.90). Nothing but good things to say. I definitely think they are one of the best (if not the best) bagel option in town.
I have been coming to bagel land for years and I love it! I've tried mag of their bagels and cream cheese, but I definitely have my favorites! The egg bagel and cheddar and chive bagels are my favorite! For cream cheese the dill and cucumber and veggie are my favorites. This is the perfect spot for a quick breakfast before my college classes and I love it! The service here is super fast which I really appreciate! The only reason this is it a five star review is occasionally I will receive my bagel with barely any cream cheese on it.
Their bagels are still amazing and their prices are really affordable. The bagels are always warm when I get them regardless of what time of day I go. They're delicious day of but just one day later they get pretty hard pretty fast. The only thing that I would change is I wish they were open a little bit later. They close at three and I always seem to end up in the area just past that :( But besides that, I love this place.
